Al Hashemi & Al Rawas Trading & Contracting Company Established in 1985. Al Hashemi & Al Rawas has being a cornerstone of development and infrastructure project in Dhofar region (Sultanate of Oman). Al Hashemi and Al Rawas is dealing with all kind of Civil, Infrastructure and Electro-Mechanical works. We are providing construction services with uncompromise commitment to quality, health, safety and Environment.We do this through the combination of an open relationship with our employees based on mutual trust and Transparency, accountability and discipline. Al Hashemi & Al Rawas is the sister concern of the Salem Mohiyaddin Group which established one decade before in 1975 and is biggest corporate player in Dhofar region (Sultanate of Oman) employing more than 2500 people from different countries.

Our group is operational since 1975 and is one of the biggest coorporative player in Sultanate of Oman, employing more than 2500 people and is involved in many economic sectors including, Construction, Trading, Hospitality, Transport, Real Estate and Engineering Consultancy.

We are proud to share our story and aspirations through this booklet. The Group have focused on servicing the different industrial and manufacturing sectors of the region. Today, we are a group of companies with wide spread presence across Oman.

Our Story is that of a Business Model based on there (3) pillars. First is the strong belief in the strength of centralized management model with wide spread regional approach. The second is an obsession in providing our clients with best possible combination of time, cost and quality. In addition, the third pillar, the one without which neither of the first two would exist, is an unwavering strong support from the top management for their workers.
