Al Buraimi Mosque
Al Buraimi
The Al Buraimi Mosque project was commissioned by the Ministry of Endowments & Religious Affairs as part of Oman's ongoing investment in community religious infrastructure, and delivered by AHAR under the design guidance of Muroog Engineering.
Executed over eighteen months, the mosque was constructed to accommodate the congregational needs of the surrounding community, with a main prayer hall, a women's prayer section, ablution facilities, a minaret, and external courtyards and landscaping — all delivered in an architectural language consistent with Omani mosque traditions.
The project extended AHAR's civic-building portfolio into the Al Buraimi Governorate, complementing the company's concurrent delivery of the Al Buraimi Sports Complex and reinforcing its reputation as a contractor capable of delivering meaningful public facilities in geographies far from its Dhofar home base.
