Al Saadah Sports Complex — Expansion Phase II

The Al Saadah Sports Complex Expansion Phase II project extended one of Salalah's most established sporting facilities, delivered for the Ministry of Sports Affairs under the design leadership of WS Atkins International. The complex sits in the Al Sa'ada district of Salalah, adjacent to Dhofar University and the Dhofar Police Headquarters — a civic corridor AHAR has shaped significantly over the years.
Executed over twelve months of core construction, the expansion scope included new training, competition, and ancillary facilities integrated into the existing complex footprint, together with upgraded external works, parking, and service infrastructure. The package was designed to raise the facility's capacity to host domestic sporting fixtures and community programmes.
The project forms part of AHAR's broader specialisation in sports-complex delivery across the Sultanate — a portfolio that includes the flagship Rustaq and Ibra complexes and reflects the Ministry's longstanding confidence in the company's sporting-infrastructure delivery record.
