City Hotel — Salalah

The City Hotel in Salalah represents an earlier but substantial chapter in AHAR's hospitality portfolio, delivered in Dhofar's capital for the parent group Salem Mohiyaddin Bin Saif & Bros. The project was designed by Al Waha Engineering Consultancy and completed over an eighteen-month programme.
The scope covered a full-service urban hotel with guest rooms, lobby and reception spaces, dining outlets, meeting facilities, back-of-house services, and complete MEP and finishing works. The facility was designed to serve both business and leisure travellers visiting Salalah — positioned to benefit from the city's growing tourism profile, particularly during the summer Khareef season.
The project stands as an early demonstration of AHAR's ability to deliver mid-scale hospitality assets on constrained urban plots in Salalah, and laid the foundation for the company's subsequent hotel work across the Sultanate.
