City Park Hotel — Muscat

The City Park Hotel in Muscat stands as AHAR's flagship hospitality delivery in the capital — a full-service hotel constructed for the parent group, Salem Mohiyaddin Bin Saif & Bros., under the design leadership of Al Waha Engineering Consultancy.

Executed over a twenty-four-month build programme, the project brought together the full scope of modern hospitality construction: structural works, guest rooms, lobby and public areas, food and beverage outlets, back-of-house services, MEP systems, and landscaped approaches — delivered to the specification and finish standards expected of a capital-city hotel.

Beyond its operational role as a hospitality asset, the project demonstrates AHAR's capacity to deliver complex vertical construction in Muscat — a market well beyond the company's Dhofar home base — and affirms its multi-region footprint across the Sultanate.
