The Salalah Internal Roads programme — Stage 3, Group 1 — formed part of Dhofar Municipality's multi-stage plan to extend paved urban streets, integrated drainage, and modern lighting across Salalah's expanding residential districts. AHAR was awarded the contract by Dhofar Municipality with design by Omani Engineering Consultancy LLC.
Delivered over twenty-three months, the package upgraded an extensive network of neighbourhood streets with new asphalt pavements, stormwater drainage, footpaths, traffic-calming features, and LED street lighting — improving safety and accessibility across residential zones.
The programme reflects AHAR's long-standing partnership with Dhofar Municipality in delivering citizen-facing urban infrastructure — the kind of everyday street-level upgrades that shape quality of life for Salalah households far beyond the landmark headline projects.
