Salalah Free Zone — Warehouse and Associated Roads & Services
Salalah Free Zone, Dhofar
The Salalah Free Zone project brought AHAR to one of Oman's most strategically significant logistics hubs, adjacent to the Port of Salalah. Commissioned directly by Salalah Free Zone Company, the scheme integrated warehouse construction with the external roads and servicing networks required to activate a new logistics plot within the zone.
Delivered on a tight twelve-month schedule, the package covered the warehouse shell and supporting roads, utilities, drainage, and access works — producing a turnkey logistics facility ready for tenant fit-out and operation.
The project complemented AHAR's parallel long-term work for Madayn at Raysut Industrial City, further cementing the company's credentials as a preferred contractor for integrated industrial and free-zone infrastructure in southern Oman — a region that today accounts for a substantial share of the Sultanate's export logistics capacity.
